I grew up in Cary, NC. So I am a real NC native! My parents are also NC natives. See, we do exist! I live in Holly Springs with my husband, Chris, another NC native. I am a stay at home Mommy to our beautiful little girl, Kathryn.
I love reading, crafting, cooking, writing. My husband and I love to golf but I do not get the chance to do that very often. I love our local sport teams. Hurricanes hockey, pro and college football are my favorites. Ok, maybe obsessions! I love old classic movies, Katharine Hepburn, Jimmy Stewart, all the great, classic stars! That being said, I also love cheesy 1980′s films and I have seen every episode of The Andy Griffith show but I can still watch them like they are brand new.
I have always had an interest in photography. In high school I developed my own black and white pictures. I worked in a photo lab in college. After my daughter was born I wanted to document every part of her life. But once she became mobile, I realized that I could no longer use my point and shoot camera. Unless I wanted all of her pictures to be a little blonde blur! So I dove back into SLR and I fell in love with it all over again.
I understand how fast babies turn into kids and I know how important it is to capture every moment. I would love to capture some of these moments for you.
